Why The Volcano?

On the one side we have companies, both large and small, who say they can’t find qualified people.

On the other side we have unemployed American citizens who have those skills, yet can’t buy an interview.

This is creating a volcano.

Factor in our companies sending their jobs to other countries, which decreases the quantity of jobs we have here in America for our population which is growing more and more everyday.

This heats up the volcano as our citizens lose everything and our companies continue to say they can’t find qualified people.

Factor in our companies importing tidal waves of non-immigrant guest workers on all types of visas which also decreases the quantity of jobs we have here in America for our population which continues to grow with each successive tidal wave that is imported.

This heats up the volcano even more as more of our citizens lose everything and our companies continue to say they can’t find qualified people.

Factor in our colleges and schools telling our kids that if they will just get the latest technology skills, they will get the best paying jobs.

Knowing full well that with our population increasing and our jobs decreasing for the two reasons cited above, they will not be able to pay their student loans that they now have.

This heats up the volcano even more.

Sure, some get lucky and make it.

But many get lucky and make it until they get to be around 45 when they most need the income to provide for their families and then they find themselves out of work because they suddenly are too old.

This heats up the volcano even more..

Factor in caste, corruption and many other items and the volcano heats up even more.

Our purpose here is to discuss these things and find a solution so that all of the people of our world can provide for their families.

Not just a lucky few.

We hope you will join in and contribute your thoughts and share the things that you have learned so that we all learn from our collaboration.
